- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Medicap personnel can't be beat. Cindy is always going the extra mile for me and I'm sure that is why the rest of her staff does the same. They go out of their way to get in touch with doctors when needed, find alternative drugs when appropriate. I wouldn't consider another pharmacy, I wouldn't trust another pharmacy. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Initially, I had some concerns I wasn't being treated as an individual with individual circumstances, but just another customer seemingly an inconvenience, as well as profiled, which happens often with chronic pain patients. I brought my concerns to Cindy and she went out if her way to make it right, and she certainly didn't have to. There were wrongs that were made right and I couldn't be more grateful.
